SFIA Views
The use of SFIA views enable a quick start approach to using SFIA in focused situations.
Current SFIA Views available:

- Software Engineering
- Big Data / Data Science
- DevOps
SFIA Views were first illustrated in 2018 alongside SFIA 7. The global SFIA Community welcomed this addition as they show how the common application of the breadth, depth and richness of SFIA in these environments. SFIA enables organisations to deliver structured, flexible and integrated solutions for human capital development - the key tool in addressing the global skills shortage.
Other views in progress include:
- Cyber Security
- Service Management
- Enterprise IT
Cyber Security, Service Management and Enterprise IT are already well addressed by the SFIA Framework, Views will make this more accessible. The idea for views came from our global user base (Grant Nicholson in Australia), discussed at our Design Authority Board and Council and pulled together by Peter Leather.
