SFIA Skills Assessment - February 2020
Publication of 3 new sets of guidelines related to SFIA assessments.
Over the last few months we have focussed on addressing skills and competency assessment using SFIA through an international working party taking into account the already extensive practice around the world.
- The first components of this are now available from the SFIA website.
- As with all SFIA publications these are necessarily generic and flexible to reflect the different approaches in use and, as a truly international framework, respectful of different national or regional mechanisms.
