Mike Chad has over 25 years experience in IT Management and Consultancy. He is highly experienced in personal and professional development, training and coaching, and in all aspects of function and process analysis, strategic planning, and IT requirement definition. He specialises in business analysis and project management, using best practice techniques to drive projects such as organisation development, process improvement and development of complex IT systems.
He has assisted various types of organisation in implementing a project management culture, which is flexible, and scalable to small, medium, and large projects. This work has covered public, private and voluntary sector organisations. He is a mature IT Professional, accustomed to communicating at the highest level, and takes a pragmatic, analysis-based approach to a wide range of consulting assignments.
Mike is a member of BCS (The Chartered Institute for IT) Professionalism Board, and chairs the BCS Membership Committee. He is a trustee of several charitable organisations, where he oversees strategic planning and development projects on a pro bono basis.
