We have received this CR and need to consider it in the scope of SFIA and its design principles.

I am of the opinion that most of this CR is out of scope of the SFIA Framework. However, it is certainly reasonable to consider looking at ethics and other aspects of what is generally termed "professionalism". But even this needs to be considered within the boundaries of SFIA being the global Skills Framework and what is appropriate for the global community.

I agree that most of this CR is out of scope of the SFIA Framework. I also agree that there is scope for including professional ethics (somewhere). Most professional bodies have a code of conduct or code of ethics, awareness of relevant standards of professional practice may be significant.

This may also be relevent when selecting suppiers in procurement or when outsourcing.
