#1244 CSMG - A typo that doesn't appear as a typo: change request accepted
Customer Service Support (CSMG), Level 3: replace "development standards" with "development of standards".
Customer Service Support (CSMG), Level 3 description contains this sentence:
"Assists with the development standards, and applies these to track, monitor, report, resolve or escalate issues."
While we know that "development standards" are a thing (in software development), in this context, the wording should actually say "development of standards", or more specifically, "development of service standards".
Referring to CSMG Level 4, the wording is appropriately extended, where the meaning is clearer:
"Assists with the specification, development, research and evaluation of services standards."
